Megan Dunn, Nurse Practitioner
Hi, I'm Megan - mom, wife, friend, daughter & Nurse Practitioner. I have been practicing as a nurse for over 12 years. After completing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2011, I registered with the College of Nurses as a Registered Nurse. I worked in the hospital setting for 8 years, primarily in adult ICU and ER. I also spent time in the NICU, gaining valuable experience caring for postpartum women and their newborns.
I completed a Master of Nursing degree with Primary Health Care certification in 2019. Highlights of my clinical training included working at busy family practice seeing patients of all ages and working alongside a midwife providing prenatal, postnatal and newborn care. Since registering as a Nurse Practitioner, I have been working in the primary care setting, with much of my continuing education focused on women's health. I look forward to using the knowledge and experience I have gained over these years to increase accessibility to health services that I am passionate about.
