Fee-for-Service Medical Clinic
The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) does not fund Nurse Practitioners, and therefore, when NPs practice independently, there is an out-of-pocket cost.
​
For patients with OHIP, all diagnostic testing arranged by the NP is covered, the same as if it was arranged through a Family Doctor or Walk-in-Clinic. This includes tests such as paps, imaging and blood work.
​
Patients with private health care benefits may have fee coverage under Private Nursing Services or a Health Care Spending Account. Please contact your insurance provider directly to inquire.

Since this is a private clinic, if you have a Family Doctor, they will not be charged a fee when you access our services. We will share results and collaborate with other members of your health care team.
